职位描述
Organize Engineerto complete the technical specifications of the profession, focusing on the interpretation of specifications, complete the list of interpretations and submit it to the Head of Departmentfor review, and follow up on the list on an ongoing basis to ensure that there is an implementable solution to all problems;
1.1.2组织工程师完成本专业成本风险识别及重点问题识别列表,提交科室主任评审,对列表持续跟踪,确保所有问题有可实施的解决方案;
Organize the Engineerto complete a list of cost risk identification and priority issue identification for the profession, submit it to the Head of Departmentfor review, and follow up on the list on an ongoing basis to ensure that all issues have implementable solutions;
1.1.3组织相关人员完成设计公司输入图纸的审核并准备差异列表,对差异列表持续跟踪,确保所有问题有可实施的解决方案;
Organize relevant personnel to complete the review of input drawings from design firms and prepare discrepancy lists, and follow up on discrepancy lists on an ongoing basis to ensure that there are implementable solutions to all issues;
1.1.4负责电气专业的计划执行和确保设计进度按计划执行,如有特殊事项影响设计计划时,需及时与上级沟通并申请计划变更,任何计划变更原则上需提前两个工作日打变更申请;
Responsible for the implementation of the electrical plan and ensure that the design progress is implemented according to the plan. If there are special matters affecting the design plan, it is necessary to communicate with the superior in time and apply for the change of the plan. In principle, any change of the plan should be applied for two working days in advance
1.1.5对规格书,规范的特殊要求、及设计中需要注意的重点问题对参与本项目的人员进行培训和宣贯,对重点问题在设计中的实施负主要责任;
Train and publicize personnel involved in the project on the specifications, special requirements of the norms, and key issues requiring attention in the design, and take the main responsibility for the implementation of key issues in the design;
1.1.6审核电气设备TA,并每周输出设备TA状态追踪表;
Review electrical equipment TA, and output TA status tracking table weekly;
1.1.7负责核对并监控本专业设备和材料的下发状态,如有异常材料需及时转积压,制定消耗计划并推动实施;
Responsible for checking and monitoring the status of equipment and materials issued in this specialty, if any abnormal materials need to be transferred to the backlog in a timely manner, formulate the consumption plan and promote its implementation;
1.1.8管控本专业的设备及输入信息,完成输入信息状态周报;
Manage and control equipment and input information for the program and complete weekly reports on the status of input information;
1.1.9参加项目的会议,对安全意见追踪至施工图纸下发前完全关闭;如有重点意见需要及时上报;Participate in meetings on the project and follow up on safety comments until the construction drawings are issued and completely closed; if there are key comments that need to be reported in a timely manner;
1.1.10准备详细设计交底评审报告,提交科室主任进行评审;
Prepare the Detailed Design Submission Review Report and submit it to the Head of Departmentfor review;
1.1.11组织与船东的技术澄清会议,输出持续追踪的会议纪要,疑难问题提交科室主任协助;
Organize technical clarification meetings with shipowners, output minutes for continuous tracking, and refer difficult issues to Head of Departmentfor assistance;
1.1.12负责船东、船检图纸意见的清理,确保处理及时,且不影响施工图纸的修改,重点问题应及时提报科室主任处理;
Responsible for the shipowner, the ship inspection drawings to clean up, to ensure timely processing, and does not affect the modification of construction drawings, key issues should be submitted to the Head of Departmentin a timely manner to deal with;
1.1.13负责组织本专业经验传承案例的录入,组织项目复盘计划的制定、分解、追踪、和评审;Responsible for organizing the entry of cases of experience transfer in the profession, and organizing the development, breakdown, tracking, and review of project review plans;
1.1.14参加技术周会、项目生产周会、科室经验传承会;
Participate in weekly technical meetings, weekly project production meetings, and section experience transfer meetings;
1.1.15是本专业的设计质量、进度、成本的第一责任人,并负主要责任;
Be the first and primarily responsible for the quality, schedule, and cost of the design of the specialty;
