To strengthen and promote service team communication & reporting capacity
Ensure proper control upkeep, maintenance & utilization of tools & equipments.
Ensure proper work take over from Sales & liaise with Sales on work scope
Liaise with Customer on work scope to be carried out accordingly
Ensure Proper control of work quality /execution & safety
Carry out proper control on Receiving Process of Work , In Process & Final Inspection
Ensure proper control of production cost , material cost , overtime & wastage
Ensure proper submission of Work Report , Time Sheet & Expense Claims
Execute Field Service activities such as overhaul, repair and trouble shooting on diesel engines.
Evaluate and investigate damage and undertake design modifications
Provide field mechanical technical support/service to diesel engine/propulsion and their relevant auxiliary equipments, assistant of site training

Requirements of the Position.

College degree or above in marine or mechanical engineering.
At least 3 years practical experience in ship repair work
Competent English in writing and speaking
Willing to travel frequently around China and abroad
