Position: Sales Manager

Location: China (Multiple Locations)

Job Description:
As a Sales Manager specializing in marine resin flooring, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in China. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Management
· Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Creating offers (turnkey and material sales) and technical specs.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the maritime industry. Communicating with clients and prospects
· Identifying new business opportunities and effectively managing the sales pipeline. Research of new clients and prospects
· Management of account receivables
· Partecipation at events and exhibitions
Project Management
Control andcoordination of assigned projects.
Internalcoordination with project and site managers
Surveys andproject visits.
Market Research
Identificationand exploration of new market opportunities
Monitoringmarket activities
Periodic report ofmarket status.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the maritime industry, preference for candidates with marine flooring experience.
· Mandarin and English language skills, both spoken and written
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
· Willingness to travel as required.（ no less than 50% working time）
