Responsibilities:

Expertly commission and thoroughly overhaul company products, spanning flowmeters, ship performance monitoring systems, shaft power meters, anti-heeling systems, anti-rolling systems, remote sounding systems, valve control systems (incorporating hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-hydraulic actuators), IT job ,and vessel draft systems.

Possess a profound understanding and mastery of hydraulic systems, piping systems, electrical control systems, and machinery systems, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
• Provided weekly reports to the on-site project manager.
• Reviewed preliminary electrical drawings according to technical specifications and class rules.
• Checked the installation of electrical equipment, fabrications of electrical components, cable layout, wire connections, and functionality of electrical systems.
• Occasionally inspected FAT of electrical equipment at the manufacturer's factory.
• Verified that the installation of the new vessel was completed in accordance with workmanship standards, technical specifications, and class rules.
• Participated in sea trials. Checked test data and verified the functionality of electrical equipment according to manufacturer specifications and technical specifications (including FC SAT, main propulsion endurance test, bow thruster test, autopilot test, DP test, harmonic distortion test, and participated in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), etc.).
• Urged the shipyard to address comments from the owner and class following sea trials. Communicated with the shipyard to resolve crew comments and ensured that the shipyard demonstrated the operation of each equipment to the crew during vessel delivery.
